We utilize state-of-the-art saws to cut up to the cabinets without damage.

What will the floor beneath look like once it is removed?

  • All traces of the old floor including plywood are removed; nails and screws will be removed and or driven flush.
  • The floors will be swept and vacuumed.

Will it be safe to walk on?
A
  • Any weak or unsafe sub-flooring will be replaced.
  • Shoes are required when walking on sub-floor.

Why not have the flooring installer(s) remove the vinyl?

Installers will not protect your home as well as us nor provide our level of dust control.
